This is a musical instrument of Hmong people. A set has 2 metal rings. Each ring has some metal balls in side which can make the sounds.  Each ring is about 3" in diameter.
Hmong people use these rings in their rituals. A shaman will wear these rings on his fingers and shaking them while chanting.
